Terms of Service
Effective September 4, 2026. The terms that govern services provided by Cedar Zephyr Business Solutions LLC.
Acceptance of Terms
By submitting an application, reserving a session, or paying for a service, you agree to these terms on behalf of yourself and the business you represent. If you do not agree, do not use the services.
Description of Services
Cedar Zephyr provides business advisory and operational development services, including the Operational Diagnostic Review, evaluations, roadmaps, and related engagements. Deliverables are analytical and advisory in nature.
Cedar Zephyr does not provide legal, tax, financial, or accounting advice. Nothing delivered should be treated as a substitute for a licensed professional in those fields. You remain solely responsible for your own business decisions and their outcomes.
Scheduling and Client Responsibilities
Sessions are scheduled after payment and confirmation. You agree to provide accurate information in your application, to attend at the reserved time, and to supply any documents or access reasonably needed to complete the evaluation. Incomplete or inaccurate information limits the value of the deliverable.
Refund and Cancellation Policy
- Payment reserves a specific appointment slot held exclusively for you.
- Rescheduling is permitted at no charge with at least 48 hours notice.
- Cancellations with more than 7 days notice receive a full refund.
- Cancellations with less than 7 days notice are non-refundable but may be rescheduled once.
- No-shows without notice forfeit the payment.
- Once a service has been delivered, it is non-refundable.

Intellectual Property
All frameworks, methodologies, templates, materials, and the 9-Level Operational Evaluation System™ remain the exclusive property of Cedar Zephyr Business Solutions LLC. Upon payment, you receive a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the delivered materials for your own internal business use only. You may not resell, republish, license, or distribute them, or use them to build a competing offering.
Confidentiality
Each party will keep confidential the non-public information shared by the other during an engagement and will use it only for the purpose of delivering or receiving the services. This obligation runs in both directions and survives the end of the engagement.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Cedar Zephyr's total liability arising out of or relating to the services is limited to the amount you paid for the service in question. Cedar Zephyr is not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or lost-profit damages.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Washington, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any dispute will be handled in the courts located in Washington State.
Updates to These Terms
These terms may be updated from time to time. The effective date at the top of this page reflects the current version, and material changes affecting active engagements are communicated by email. Continued use of the services after an update means you accept it.
