Privacy Policy

We collect information you provide directly through the application form, the contact and support forms, and the payment process. This includes your name, email address, phone number, business name, website, sector, revenue range, team size, and the operational details you choose to describe.

When you reserve a session, billing information is collected to complete the transaction. Payment card details are processed entirely by Stripe. Cedar Zephyr never sees, handles, or stores your full card number.

Form submissions and evaluation records are stored in a secured Supabase database. Internal record keeping for client engagements may also be maintained in Airtable. Both services are access controlled and used only by Cedar Zephyr personnel.

To review applications for fit, schedule and deliver sessions, prepare your diagnostic and roadmap, process payments, respond to enquiries, and send information you requested such as the operations checklist. If you subscribed to a list, you may unsubscribe at any time.

Cedar Zephyr does not sell, rent, or trade your personal or business information. Information is shared only with the service providers required to operate the business, such as payment processing and data storage, and only to the extent necessary.

Client engagement records are retained for as long as needed to provide services and to meet legal, tax, and accounting obligations. Enquiries and unsuccessful applications are retained for a reasonable period and then deleted on request.

Data is transmitted over encrypted connections and stored in systems protected by row level access rules, authentication, and role restrictions. No method of transmission or storage is perfectly secure, but we take reasonable measures to protect your information.

You may request access to the information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email support@cedarzephyrwa.com and we will respond within one business day.

Our services are directed at businesses and are not intended for anyone under 18. We do not knowingly collect information from minors. If we learn that we have, we delete it.

The site uses essential cookies required for pages, sign-in, and checkout to function, and may use privacy-respecting analytics to understand aggregate traffic. Analytics data is not used to identify individual visitors. You can block cookies in your browser, though some features may stop working.

If this policy changes, the effective date at the top of this page is updated and the revised version is posted here. Material changes affecting existing clients are communicated by email.
